Respect another person’s boundaries
- Treat people with dignity. Harassment, hate, discriminatory attacks, threats, stalking, coercion and blackmail are prohibited.
- A heart, match, social username or story invitation is not consent to sexual activity, repeated contact, tracking or sharing someone’s information. Consent must be freely given, specific and ongoing; respect a refusal or withdrawal.
- Do not continue contact through another account or service after a person declines contact or blocks you. Do not publish private addresses, locations, contact details or intimate material without permission.
Keep profiles authentic and appropriate

| No scams or commercial abuse | Do not solicit money through deception, promote fraudulent investments, sell sexual services, spam members or use accounts to distribute malware. Do not trade accounts, manipulate features or evade a restriction. |
Use information and the service responsibly
Do not scrape profiles, copy other members’ photos in bulk, attempt unauthorized access or use Paths information to track a person. Historical places are imperfect signals, not proof that someone met you, lives at a place or is compatible with you.
We may assess reported content or conduct and take measures available under the Terms and applicable law, including content removal or account restrictions. A report is a concern to assess, not automatic proof. Requests for review can be sent through the reporting contact.
