Report a profile or interaction
Open the options menu on a profile or connection, choose Report profile or Report, select the reason, add relevant details if useful and send the report. If the app is unavailable or the issue concerns conduct outside it, email paths@prodixa.app.
Include the relevant profile or account identifier if available, the type of concern, when it occurred and how it relates to Paths. Reporting does not automatically block a person. Use Block or Block and unmatch separately if you want to stop the relevant Paths interaction.
Blocking and external services
Blocking restricts the relevant interactions and newly authorized information access through Paths. To review blocks, open Blocked profiles from Profile on iOS or Settings on Android. Unblocking does not restore the previous match.
Blocking in Paths does not block a person on Instagram or another independent service. Use that service’s controls too. Previously copied information and screenshots cannot be withdrawn, and an already issued short-lived photo link can remain available until it expires.
Request review of a decision
To challenge an account or content action, email paths@prodixa.app with the subject Paths account review. Identify your account, the decision or notice, why you believe it should be reconsidered and relevant supporting information. Do not create new accounts to evade an action.
A review request does not automatically restore an account. We may need to verify that the request comes from the affected person and assess the circumstances under our Terms and applicable law. Statutory complaint, regulator and court rights remain available.
Intimate images and sexual deepfakes
Non-consensual intimate images and sexual deepfakes are prohibited. A depicted person or someone authorized to act for them can send a removal request to paths@prodixa.app with the subject Paths intimate image removal.
Identify the content and where it appears, give a way to contact you, explain that you are the depicted person or their authorized representative and state your good-faith belief that the intimate depiction was shared without consent. Include a physical or electronic signature and enough information to locate the content. Do not attach intimate images or unnecessary identification documents.
Where United States law applies to a valid covered request, the TAKE IT DOWN Act provides a 48-hour removal requirement and reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies. This legal right is separate from ordinary profile reporting. Other applicable removal and complaint rights remain available.
Illegal content and intellectual property
For other potentially illegal content, identify its location, explain the legal or factual concern and provide contact information. If you report an intellectual-property issue, identify the protected work or right, the material concerned and your authority to act. Do not make knowingly false claims.
We assess requests under applicable law and the Terms. We may ask for further information needed to identify the material or your authority. Existing statutory procedures and remedies remain available.
Child-safety concerns
Report suspected underage use, grooming, exploitation or child sexual abuse material through the app or to alp.emir@prodixa.app. Do not download, forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Identify where it can be found instead. Contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority if a child is in immediate danger.
