Protect your account
- Keep your phone, email and Apple or Google account secure. Use the security options offered by your device and sign-in provider.
- Email access uses a 6-digit code. Do not send that code to anyone or enter it on an untrusted page. Paths support does not need your code or provider password to read a support request.
- Avoid suspicious links, requests for remote device access and claims that paying a fee will verify or recover an account. Review the destination before opening links on another service.
Service controls and practical limits
The app uses protected device storage, server access checks and short-lived authorized profile-photo links. Photo eligibility checks do not authenticate another person’s identity or age. No system can eliminate every misuse, screenshot or unauthorized-copy risk.
Blocking, invitation cancellation or account closure limits new authorized access. Previously issued photo links may remain usable until their short expiry, and copies made by another person cannot necessarily be withdrawn. Do not treat a privacy setting as protection for information you have already published elsewhere.
If you suspect account access
Secure the affected email or sign-in provider using its official recovery tools, then contact paths@prodixa.app. Describe what you observed, the approximate time and the affected account. Do not send passwords, codes or private tokens.
If the issue involves a suspicious profile or interaction, use the report and block controls as appropriate. Account support, profile reporting and emergency assistance are different routes.
Report a suspected vulnerability
Email paths@prodixa.app with the subject Paths security report. Provide a short description, the affected page or feature and safe reproduction steps. Remove personal information and credentials from screenshots or logs.
Do not access another person’s account, extract member data, disrupt the service or publish private information to demonstrate an issue. Contact us before testing that could affect the service or another person. Share findings without interfering with the service.
